Itinerary [Day 1]

■14:00 Gathering/Orientation

We will provide a detailed explanation of the schedule, accommodation, and notes regarding the experience during your stay, as well as provide a time for self-introductions for everyone who will be spending the three days together as brewers.

■14:30 Move to Iwamotoji Temple

Head to Iwamoto-ji Temple, the 37th temple of Shikoku's 88 sacred sites in a town with a sake brewery.

■14:35 Misogi

Cleanse your mind and body before brewing sake.
We will have a sermon about alcohol and temples.

■16:00 Move to the sake brewery and watch the sake brewing process video (about 8 minutes)

You will watch an explanation video about sake breweries, our passion for sake brewing, and the brewing process.

■16:10 Washing and soaking rice

The sake rice that will be steamed the next morning is washed and soaked. This work is very time-consuming.
This is a work where you can experience the depth and difficulty of making sake by changing the conditions, such as the time to wash the rice and the time to pickle it, depending on the sake to be made and the temperature.

■17:00 Steaming

Steam the rice using a stove

■18:00 Dinner

Dinner at the pairing bar attached to the sake brewery.
Enjoy dishes made mainly from Tosa ingredients and Japanese sake.

■20:00 Stay at Iwamotoji Temple

Itinerary [2nd day]

■6:30 Morning service

A memorial service was held at the main hall of Iwamotoji Temple.

■7:00 Breakfast

Prepare your body with a Buddhist temple breakfast.
Let's try the local brand rice, which is also used as the raw material for alcoholic beverages.

■8:00 Washing rice, steaming rice, koji making, preparation

Following the instructions of the brewer, we perform sake-making tasks such as steaming the rice, cooling it, making koji, making the yeast mash, and mashing the mash.

■12:00 Lunch

Enjoy a salt ball lunch with the brewer and brewer.

■13:00 Sake brewing

We will be involved in sake making, such as paddle racking, sorting koji, peeling sake lees, cleaning up, and helping with shipping preparations.

■17:00 Dinner

Enjoy dinner with the chief brewer and brewer.

Itinerary [3rd day]

■7:00 Breakfast

Power charge before the final work.

■8:00 Washing rice, steaming rice, koji making, preparation

Following the instructions of the brewer, we perform sake-making tasks such as steaming the rice, cooling it, making koji, making the yeast mash, and mashing the mash.

■11:00 Alcohol label creation

Try handwriting your own original label.
This will be your original alcohol label.

■12:00 Lunch and certificate of completion of brewing experience

We will give you a certificate of completion as a commemoration of your sake brewing experience.
Please take it home as a souvenir of your life.

■13:00 End

1. Please do not eat natto for one week before your tour. 2. Do not wear scented items such as cosmetics or perfumes. 3. No smoking inside the venue 4. Please follow the instructions of the staff (there is a lot of equipment and it is dangerous)
