Toji Introduction
■ Impressions of Shimanto Town
The beautiful and majestic Shimanto River flows through this wonderful town full of greenery, but more than that, I am impressed by the kindness and warmth of the people who live here. It's a very nice town where you can feel the comfort of living here for years.
■ Thoughts on brewing
There used to be eight sake breweries in the Kubokawa district alone, and now we are the only brewery. doing. It is not easy to regain what has been lost once. This is especially true in the case of sake breweries. Currently, no new sake brewing licenses are being obtained, so if the business goes out of business, there will be no more sake breweries in this town. I feel a sense of joy and responsibility to be involved in the continuation and revitalization of this precious sake brewery, which was on the verge of disappearing. However, I will do my best to do what I can. I would appreciate it if you would warmly watch over and support the future of Bunmoto Sake Brewery, which is about to begin.
