■Sake brewery tour itinerary■

1. Please gather at the store lobby at the sake brewery entrance by the start time.

If you are late, you may not be able to participate. If you are late, please be sure to contact us by phone (TEL: 0880-22-0039)

 

2. We will explain the precautions in the sake brewery ( 2 minutes in length)

Climb the chest of drawers stairs and head to the second floor of the store (main building).I will explain the precautions to be taken inside the storehouse, so please listen to it.

 

3. Draw an original label (about 30 minutes)

You will be asked to draw an original alcohol label using a felt-tip pen, etc.If you consider the design plan before participating, the work on the day will be smoother.Label size: Length: Width = 100mm: 90mm (The following is the artist's drawing) (Example of works)
For those who have difficulty creating one, we will provide a "SHIMANTO" label.

4. In the front room of the sake brewery, we will take hygiene measures such as disinfecting our hands and wearing hair nets (about 3 to 5 minutes).

Please leave your luggage in the front room.Please wear a mask.You will be required to change into shoes designed specifically for use inside the brewery, so we recommend that you wear shoes that are easy to change into.

5. Watch the video to see the process of making alcohol ( 3 minutes)

6. You will see the actual operation of a rice steaming machine (Koshiki) ( 3 minutes)

Please keep a distance from the kettle, boiler, and steam as they reach high temperatures. Never touch the steam or equipment.

 

7. Alcohol label pasting experience ( 5 to 15 minutes)

Try pasting the labels you created yourself after the practice labels. It's surprisingly difficult...

8. We will show you around the brewery ( 10 minutes)

Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff. If you have small children, please be sure to hold their hands. You are free to take photos.

 

9 . Move to Sake Pairing BAR “Osakayasan”

Ten . Tasting of 4 types of sake and pairing with rice made from Niida rice ( 30 minutes)

Compare the heated and unprocessed sake of Junmai Daiginjo ``SHIMANTO'' and ``Kiri no Sato'' and enjoy freshly cooked rice and sake made from the same ingredients. For minors, drivers, and those who do not like alcohol. offers non-alcoholic drinks
